About Identity UK
Identity UK Hair and Beauty salon is conveniently located along Shoreditch High Street, just a short walk away from Liverpool Street in a trendy, spacious, split-level salon.
Identity UK are one of the only salons in Shoreditch to specialise in mixed-race hair, as well as providing affordable and expert hair services for all other hair types including European, Asian and Afro hair, for both men and women.
Since opening the salon in 2000, salon owner and Creative Director Tony Hegarty has led his team of stylists to provide both innovative and creative styling, winning awards such as Black Hair Magazine’s ‘Salon of the Year’, ‘Stylist of the Year’ and ‘Junior Stylist of the Year’, achieving second place in the Annual National L'Oreal Autumn/Winter Colour Collection Award, and receiving one of the ultimate accolades in the hairdressing industry – a ‘Five Star’ rating from the Good Salon Guide.
With an unrivalled reputation in hair services, Identity UK have also successfully established a comprehensive range of beauty services including facials, pedicures, manicures and false tanning, using market-leading products such as Dermalogica and OPI to create the ultimate beauty experience. These services are carried out within the basement level of the salon where each treatment can be thoroughly enjoyed away from all the hustle and bustle of City life, creating a relaxing and therapeutic environment for every individual.
Our aim is to make every single one of our clients as relaxed and comfortable as possible, providing a professional environment without being intimidating! All our stylists carry out their own work (colouring, cutting, styling and dressing) unlike other salons you may have been to where you may have been passed amongst number of stylists to achieve your look, which can sometimes be frustrating. We want every client who visits Identity UK to leave our salon having had a first class haircut and/or beauty treatment that hasn’t broken the bank!
