It seemed to be the night for performing ex’s with J-Lo and Marc Anthony taking to the stage separately to perform, as well as Katy Perry and the Gym Class Heroes, fronted by Katy's ex Travis McCoy. Now she's seemingly settled in her personal life, Katy Perry is definitely no stranger to changing her image more than her men. So this month we take a look at Katy’s rainbow-coloured hair. Black beauty – Katy Perry burst onto our screens in 2008, claiming to have kissed a girl and liked it. This risqué debut single got us all talking about this feisty songstress and it was impossible to deny that not only was she talented but she also looked great. Her jet black hair complemented her huge blue eyes no end, she was a welcomed change from the blondes that had dominated the charts for so long. This was our favourite Katy look, classic and polished. Splash of colour – We started to see Katy’s colourful side come out when she was seen on the red carpet sporting some colourful clip ins. SEPTEMBER 2011: From teenage dream to Hollywood queen There are many actresses that have graced our screens as young, impressionable, pre-pubescent princesses who turn out to be ‘A’ list vixens. Here are just a few of our favourite style transitions that have been part of the Hollywood hall of fame. Natalie Portman Natalie hit big time at the tender age of 12 when she played opposite Jean Reno in the screen sensation ‘Leon’. Although she disappeared from the lights of tinsel town for a while to study Psychology at Harvard, she made a startling comeback when she took on the role of Nina Sayers in the Black Swan, which resulted in her first Oscar for Best Actress.
